This section is relevant if you are a consumer. As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 during the specified period. This right allows you to cancel the contract and receive a refund if you change your mind or decide you do not want to keep a product. For guidance on your legal rights, you can contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. However, please note that this right does not apply to certain products, such as those made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
The cancellation period ends seven working days after the day you receive the products. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. To cancel a contract, you must contact us using the details provided in Clause 1.2 (Information about us). For your records, we recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notification. If you notify us of cancellation by email or post, it becomes effective from the date you sent the email or posted the letter. If you notify us by telephone, the cancellation is effective from the date of your call.
Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products, including any applicable delivery charges. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation notice. If you returned the products because they were faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of the defective product, along with any applicable delivery charges and reasonable return costs.
If your products are faulty or misdescribed, we will provide a full refund, including delivery costs and reasonable expenses for returning the items. Typically, refunds are processed using the credit or debit card you used to make the original payment.
If the products have already been delivered to you, you must return them as soon as reasonably practicable. Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will bear the cost of returning them. While in your possession, you are legally required to take reasonable care of the products.
As a consumer, your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected by this policy or any other terms. For more information about your legal rights, consult your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
